The Full Size Conversion Kit Bed Rails Convert your Dolce Babi crib to a full size bed (also referred to as a double bed). This Conversion Kit works for both the Full Panel Crib and the Convertible Naples Crib (see pictures). This conversion kit comes with two wooden bed rails, four (4) slats and hardware needed. A box spring and mattress will be needed in order to convert your crib. This is to be used for the Naples Cribs with item numbers 185001-01 & 185004-01.
